Service Description

This Package Includes: * 1 professional face paint artist, complete with P&L insurance and Blue Card. * Ability to handle up to a maximum of 50 children with basic fast designs. With the flexibility to create more elaborate designs if time allows. * A selection of around 25 face paint designs – fast and popular designs for girls and for boys. * Use of only high-quality, professional-grade face paints, safe for children and gentle on skin. * All equipment provided, including a professional face painting kit, chair(s), and table(s). * Hosting a themed event? Let us know in advance – we’re happy to tailor our designs to suit your theme! Travel & Parking: * Travel is included for events within a 40km radius of our location - Upper Coomera. For locations beyond 40km, a $30 travel fee will apply. * Where applicable, any parking fees will need to be covered or reimbursed by the client. Setup Requirements: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable face painting experience, we kindly ask that you provide a suitable setup location, either indoors or outdoors, with the following conditions: * A 2x1 meter set up space to allow enough room for the artist to create her magic. * If outdoors, the area must be fully sheltered from sun, rain, strong winds & sandy areas. * If outdoors, a 3x3 meter space, eg tent, per artist is recommended as it allows for some waiting in line to shelter too. * If your event takes place after dark, we can provide lighting to ensure the face painting area is well illuminated. (Neon Nights are not included here and separately detailed) * A change room for costumes is advised. When not possible, a more simple costume attire can and will be used to dress on the spot like a cute flower apron. Full costume requests do require a change room. Clients are responsible for ensuring the setup location meets all requirements. Failure to do so may result in the artist’s departure without refund. This event is for all ages starting from 3+ as per FDA regulations. Please note: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to paint anyone showing signs of a communicable illness — including colds, flu, or conjunctivitis (pink eye) — or with skin conditions such open wounds, or scabs. In cases of eczema, painting may be possible only on a completely clear, irritation-free patch of skin, and this will be at the artist discretion on the day to ensure comfort and hygiene.
