Service Description

This Package Includes: * 1 professional face paint artist, complete with P&L insurance and Blue Card. * Up to 30 kids/adults face painted with creative & artistic designs. * A wide selection of around 50 face paint designs – including approx. 25 popular designs for girls and 25 for boys. * Use of only high-quality, professional-grade face paints, safe for children and gentle on skin. * All equipment provided, including a professional face painting kit, chair(s), and table(s). * A special gem is provided for the birthday child(ren). * Hosting a themed event? Let us know in advance – we’re happy to tailor our designs to suit your theme! Travel & Parking: * Travel is included for events within a 40km radius of our location - Upper Coomera. For locations beyond 40km, a $30 travel fee will apply. * Where applicable, any parking fees will need to be covered or reimbursed by the client. Setup Requirements: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable face painting experience, we kindly ask that you provide a suitable setup location, either indoors or outdoors, with the following conditions: * We require a 2x1 meter set up space to allow enough room for the artist to create their magic. * If outdoors, the area must be fully sheltered from both sun and rain. * The setup should not be in a windy or sandy environment – wind can cause children’s hair to brush against freshly painted designs, and sand may blow into the paint, affecting hygiene and quality. * If stairs are required to access your event location, assistance may be needed, particularly if the artist is in costume when transporting equipment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the setup location meets these requirements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us deliver the best experience possible. This event is for all ages starting from 3+ as per FDA regulations. Please note: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to paint anyone showing signs of a communicable illness — including colds, flu, or conjunctivitis (pink eye) — or with skin conditions such open wounds, or scabs. In cases of eczema, painting may be possible only on a completely clear, irritation-free patch of skin, and this will be at the artist discretion on the day to ensure comfort and hygiene.
